A. Important Notice

Before confirming payment for the order, the customer must thoroughly read and understand the service terms and conditions. If the customer has any questions or objections, they must discuss and jointly formulate the final version of the service terms and conditions as stated on the invoice prior to making payment. By confirming payment for the order, the customer explicitly acknowledges that they have thoroughly reviewed and understood the final version of the service terms and conditions as stated on the invoice (including but not limited to Clause 3), and agrees to be legally bound by them. |

Production time (working days) for 5pcs or fewer : print-only
7-10; printing with framing 20-25 - approximation only, may vary because of our handicraft job nature. Large quantities require more time. The discussion process may take some time as well. |

Minimum charge of our photo/ fine art printing service is HK$200. |

Rush-order surcharge:
+20% or a minimum of HK$250 per photo. (We accept rush-orders only if workload allows) |

Full payment is required for the confirmation of orders below HK$10,000/ urgent orders/ print-only orders. 50% deposit required for printing w/framing orders of HK$10,000 and up, remaining balance to be settled before goods hand-over. |

We spend serious effort in project-studies with professional knowledge, and prepare invoice ONLY after customer agrees to place an order, cancelling order at invoicing-stage will be regarded as breach of promise and we reserve the rights to claim for damages. |

It is not uncommon that couriers damage large items, do not use them to collect these valuable fine art items. To avoid accidents, over-sizes/ large quantities to be delivered by us only. (refer to delivery T&C for details) |
B.Terms and Conditions

By confirming payment for the order, the customer explicitly acknowledges that they have thoroughly reviewed and understood the final version of the service terms and conditions as stated on the invoice (including but not limited to Clause 3), and agrees to be legally bound by them. |

By confirming payment for the order, the Customer acknowledges that they own the copyright or copyright license of the artwork. |

We may take photos and/or videos of the production process and/or products (which may contain identifiable facial images) for use in our website, online portfolio, public showcase, or promotional materials, which may invlove third-party platforms such as social media and search engines. If the customer withdraws consent for the use of identifiable facial images, a processing period of 30 days is required. We will obscure or blur the relevant facial images. We will make reasonable efforts to obscure or blur any publicly disclosed facial images; however, we cannot guarantee that third-party platforms have fully removed them. |

Our checking & suggestion on customer's file is of auxiliary nature only, customer bears sole responsibility for any file-related problem. |

Colour/ brightness of print-outs may differ from monitors or other companies/printers/papers, in particular monochrome photos. |

Sizes are approximate because of the handcrafted nature or the elasticity/overlapping of materials etc. "Bleeding-area" may occur. Samples/Images are for general reference only, and may differ from the actual productions without prior notice. |

Image-processing & color-management knowledge is broad and profound, to avoid
causing unnecessary confusion to must customers, if we judge that mild color/brightness adjustment (within ~25% for each parameter) or simple editing is needed, we will process without prior notice. Professionals (artists/ photographers/ designers etc.) may opt for straight-forward output without any modification when placing an order. |

Warranty or aftersales service not available for printing & handicraft items. Please examine carefully upon collection/ delivery. |

We reserve the right to dispose of any products without compensation if they are not collected within 30 days of the collection notice. If the customer cannot be contacted, the 30-day period will commence 45 days after the payment date. |

For 5pcs or fewer, the estimated production time is approximately 7–10 working days for printing only, and around 20–25 working days for printing with framing. Orders over 5pcs may require additional time. Due to our handcrafted, low-volume production nature, actual timelines may vary and could be shorter or longer than the estimates provided. Completion times are estimates only and not guaranteed. |

Orders requiring completion within 15 working days (printing only) or 35 working days (printing with framing) are considered “rush orders” and must be specified at the time of ordering. Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Requests to expedite after production begins will not be accepted. Rush orders are only accepted when we are confident in meeting the timeline. In case of delays caused by unforeseen force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather), only the rush fee (if charged) will be refunded. We shall not be held liable for any other direct or indirect losses or compensation. |

Subject to parts/material availability and aesthetic/structural considerations, our products are crafted according to our own specifications and quality standards. Refer to our website for details. Any specifications provided by customers will be treated as preliminary reference only. |

We are not responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential, or indirect damage, loss, or legal liability arising from the use of our services or materials. In addition, we are not responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential, or indirect damage, loss, or legal liability arising from any delays, errors, or force majeure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that we provide our services and materials without warranties of any kind. Your use or reliance on our services or materials is entirely at your own risk. |
